Man this is cool . . . Patrick Jordan is my new god!  I ran into Patrick at a 24 Hour Fitness in Dallas a few years back and he told me he was doing some acting in independent films and such.  Fast forward to now . . . Patrick landed a main role in a film called Hall of Mirrors and he has his own page on the Internet Movie Database.  The links above will take you to the respective sites.  Watch the trailer for Hall of Mirrors for a great shot of Patrick.

Also in the category of our classmates doing the "art thing", Mandy Whaley (the ex-Mandy White) has a band called The Morrows and they have just released their new album called Depth.  There is a nice picture of Mandy circa 2002 on this page if you mouse-over the picture above the words "Mailing List".   You can also find some of the band's previous work at MP3.com.

Hello all.  I have a couple of reports about Jackson.  It has been reported that Jackson was either hit with a baseball bat or a tire iron and that all of the bones in his face were fractured.

Now the good news is that Gonzo e-mailed me last night with the following message:

Hey Jason, just wanted to let you know that Jackson is out of the hospital and is at his dad's house, where he is receiving plenty of attention and reruns of "A&M Classic games" and "Rawhide" to heal him.  He is walking and still has his smartass attitude.  Still a little shaky on what actully happened. He said he does not remember a thing. I'm not sure how long he will be at his dad's. He can't really talk because his jaw is wired shut, but if anyone asks you personally about him I'm sure you can reach him at this address:

5122 Chisholm
Amarillo, TX 79109

I'm sure he would love the fan/hate mail from you.  Gonzo

Thanks to Michael for the update.  Get well soon Jackson.

I have received some news about Jackson

Jackson is in the hospital and he is recovering.  All think he is going to be ok---pretty swollen and bruised, but thankfully conscious and alert.  I don't think anyone knows who did it, or why.

Whenever I get more information I will post it here.  There is also a bulletin board posting under the Say Anything page that you can use to post  get well messages or any news.

The website is coming along.  The people pages have taken a lot more time than I had originally planned.  I am adding a page for everyone and creating a title JPG for each page.  I hope to have that done by Monday or so.  I will also be formatting everyone's information to make it easier to read.

I still need everyone's email address.  So if you are visiting this site and I don't have your address, please send it to thisonegoes211@yahoo.com.

I hope everyone had a happy Easter/Passover/Weekend.  More to come soon . . .

The page is in the middle of a major update but I felt I needed to add this information immediately.

Jackson Austin was seriously injured on the 29th while entering a Toot-n-Totum.  I am at a loss of words right now.  At a time like this everything that I want to write or express seems trite and useless.

If anyone knows any more about the situation, please let me know so we can keep everyone informed.  I will add a page so people can submit information about Jackson and keep up with his progress.

You can find the Amarillo Globe News article here: Brief: Man seriously injured in aggravated robbery

Godspeed Jackson.  May you get well soon.

Ah . . . so many details to work out.  Andrea e-mailed me and basically said that Cocktail attire may be to dressy and that most people do not live up to the high "Jason Wiseman" fashion standards that I hold for myself.  Hey, for the attire for these things . . . all we are saying is that if you are male, don't show up completely nude.  If you are a female . . . well use your best judgement.  The idea is that WE WANT YOU TO COME TO THE REUNION.  That is all and it really does not matter what you wear.  So I (having infinite power over this site) have removed the restrictions on clothing.  Do what you like . . . Brandon Dabney, if you want to dress up like a giant lobster . . . ROCK ON!  Steve Davidson, if you want to wear your sister's prom dress (come on Steve, its time to admit it), the more power to you.

Also Erin Keel (who likes to wear her own normal clothing) has told me that Southwest Airlines has their Friends Fly Free special goin on right now.  She booked her and her husband's round trip flight from Dallas to Amarillo for $120.00 American dollars.  The website is www.iflyswa.com.

I also want to thank you guys for all the kind words about the website and all of you telling me how popular I was in high school (ok that last part was made up).  When you do stop by the site, take a minute to sign the guestbook or fill out your bio.  Thanks again.

OH MAN! OH MAN! OH MAN!  I almost forgot!  I was checking out the online version of the Amarillo Globe News yesterday and the front page story was about Randall County passing a trash ordinance.  The picture below was of one of the guys protesting the ordinance at court.  I am inviting this guy to our party.

(Caption: I Want You to leave my trash alone!)

 03/27/2002 (Update 2)

Well it looks like there will be no 'Friday Only' option for the reunion.  Its all or nuthin' baby!  We are sorry for the snafu and if this is the only one we have . . . we'll be lucky.

Also the Great Reunions people have asked us to tell you to register with their site www.greatreunions.com.  I will post this on the Skeleton Closet screen along with instructions.  This is to help them get all of the addresses they possibly can and create the bio-book to be handed out at the reunion.

And I just found out that the Albracht's have sold their home . . . oh the memories of a group of us chatting away on the basement computer in the early days of AOL pretending to be . . . um maybe this is a story for a later time.

THE PRICES HAVE GONE UP!!!!!
OK only a dollar and actually they were just listed wrong, but still . . . so its $75 bucks a person now.

Also the poll site was acting up last night so I have changed the poll site and you will need to re-vote (if you so desire to do so so so).  Anyhoo, I am pretty pleased with how well the site is doing and how many of you from which I have heard.  Please sign the guest book and fill out your short bio and send this thing onto as many AHS peoples you know.

 03/26/2002

I am slowly adding people pages.  I have added the first 3 and will be finished by the end of the week or so.  Please, please, please let me know if I get your name spelled wrong, etc.  I am trying to review this as much as possible but I have a job and kids . . . so bear with me.  Those who submit bios will be updated first.  Please feel free to send me pics or yourself or your family to post.  You can also send more information than what is currently on the form.  I will post as much and as often as you would like.

2002: THE YEAR WE GO BACK

Well folks the clock is tick tick ticking away and the reunion is only around 5 months away.  The date is set as August 9-10, 2002 (although Mr. Countiss may correct me tomorrow).  David Countiss, Andrea Stingley, Mandy Wulfman (the ex Mandy May), and myself (Jason Wiseman) have been the particulars involved in the planning.  Because we are extremely lazy . . . er busy, we have hired a company to put together the reunion events, invitations, stuffing the pinatas with candy, etc, etc, etc.

As for the events planned, nothing is set in stone.  The possible venues include the Ambassador Hotel, the Tascosa Country Club, the high school, and the Albracht home.

Anyway, it is sure to be good times had by all (if not blame David).  I mean think of the possibilities . . . think of all those old friends you'll get to see . . . all of those ex-loves you'll have to explain to your spouses . . . all of the enemies you can spite with your standing in the community . . . all of the . . . well you get the point.

Man, this is just a Jerry Springer episode waiting to happen . . . I am excited already!

See you guys there.
